As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist in the pneumatic division.
Position: Sales Support (Pneumatic)
Location: Jakarta, Bandung, Solo, or Surabaya
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Support Specialist for our pneumatic products, your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive support to the sales team in promoting and selling pneumatics products.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and recommending suitable pneumatic solutions.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions.
- Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
- Collaborating with the technical team to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and product developments to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the pneumatic industry.
- In-depth knowledge of pneumatics products.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in email and basic applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High-level presentation and networking skills.
- Fast learner, well-organized, and conscientious.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta, Bandung, Solo, or Surabaya.
