Raw Material
Metallic card clothing adopts the third generation, IPR, European scpecial customized, and high abrasion resistance alloy steel # GRS T3.
Flat top adopts European imported high abrasion resistance alloy steel and high strength foundation.

Equipment Guarantee
Metallic card clothing adopts direct feeding drawing technology, European open frame furnace and non-oxidation bell type furnace to ensure steel wire spheroidized microstructure uniformity, spheroidizing hardness range less than 10Hv. The wires also use sixth generation intelligent automatic punching-quenching and rolling line, dynamically monitoring wire height and tooth shape in whole process to ensure tooth precision and the rolling flatness within 0.015mm.
Flat top adopts imported fifth digital automatic needling machine to ensure an accurate needle shape and angle with a high consistency. It also uses imported grinding machine and self-designed multi-grinding head grinding machine to realize the side grinding fineness less than 0.12mm, range less than 0.03mm, roughness less than 0.2um.

Surface Treatment
Matellic wire adopts plasma surface treatment thecnology to reduce the fiber damage. Flat top adopts imported special polishing material for surfce treatment to realize the needle smoothness of 0.15, which ensures a better carding effect.
